Brand overview
Haosen Fintech Group Limited (3848.HK) is a Hong Kong-listed investment holding company with roots in financial services. Formerly known as Wealthy Way Group Limited, the company officially adopted the name Haosen Fintech Group Limited in 2023. Its broader financial-services development has included financial leasing, factoring, financial advisory services, small loans and related financing services, as well as investment management, securities and other financial activities.
The group traces an important stage of its operating development to 2012, when Wealthy Way (China) Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. was established to provide asset-based financing services. Over time, the business expanded across multiple financial-service scenarios, serving the financing and capital needs of corporate and individual customers.
Before the brand upgrade, Haosen’s visual identity retained many of the conventions associated with traditional financial institutions. As financial services became increasingly digital, platform-based and multi-channel, the existing identity lacked a sufficiently distinctive and scalable visual language for digital communications, diversified business applications and future international development.
The brand upgrade therefore focused on three priorities:
Building a unified and scalable visual identity system;
Expressing professionalism, trust and forward-looking financial technology;
Improving recognition and communication efficiency across digital and international touchpoints.
Xinming Design approached the project from a brand strategy perspective, translating Haosen Fintech’s business logic and market positioning into a more contemporary, structured and adaptable visual identity system.

Haosen Fintech Brand Upgrade: Building a Visual Identity for Modern Financial Services
From Traditional Finance to a More Contemporary Brand Language
Financial services are undergoing a structural transformation.
Digital platforms, data-driven services and increasingly diverse financing models have changed how financial institutions interact with customers, partners and investors. As a result, the role of branding has also expanded.
A financial brand today must communicate more than stability.
It must establish trust, professionalism, technological relevance and clarity across physical and digital environments.
For Haosen Fintech, this transformation created the need for a more systematic brand identity.
As the company expanded across different financial-service scenarios, its visual expression needed to evolve from a relatively conventional financial image into a brand system capable of supporting more diverse business applications and communication channels.
Xinming Design was commissioned to lead this brand identity upgrade.
The Challenge: Modernizing a Financial Brand Without Losing Trust
Financial branding requires a careful balance.
A brand that appears too conservative can struggle to communicate innovation and digital capability. A brand that appears excessively technological can weaken the sense of reliability and institutional trust that remains fundamental to financial services.
For Haosen Fintech, the challenge was therefore to create a visual identity that could express three qualities simultaneously:
Trust
The brand needed to retain the sense of reliability expected from a financial-services institution.
Professionalism
Its identity needed to communicate structure, discipline and operational maturity.
Technology
The visual language needed to support the company’s evolution toward a more contemporary financial technology positioning.
Rather than treating the project as a cosmetic redesign, Xinming Design approached these requirements as a system-level branding problem.
Brand Strategy Before Visual Design
The project began with an examination of Haosen Fintech’s business structure, service model and future development needs.
This strategic stage was important because diversified financial-service companies often operate across multiple businesses, customer groups and communication scenarios.
Without a clear visual architecture, different business units and applications can gradually develop their own styles, creating fragmentation at the corporate-brand level.
The objective was therefore to establish a central visual system capable of supporting multiple expressions while maintaining one recognizable identity.
The brand upgrade was guided by four principles:
Professional — appropriate for financial services and corporate communications.
Trustworthy — visually stable, clear and credible.
Contemporary — capable of functioning naturally within digital environments.
Scalable — adaptable to future services, platforms and communication channels.
These principles became the foundation of the visual identity system.
Creating a More Distinctive Financial Technology Identity
The refreshed visual direction moved away from the rigid and highly conventional visual language often associated with traditional financial institutions.
Instead, Xinming Design introduced a more contemporary balance between financial stability and technological movement.
The logo, color relationships, typography, graphic elements and layout system were treated as interconnected components rather than independent design decisions.
This created a more unified identity across different applications.
The result is a visual language that feels structured without becoming static, and technological without relying on short-lived visual trends.
For a financial technology brand, this distinction is important.
Technology evolves quickly, while trust must remain stable.
The visual system therefore needed to accommodate innovation while retaining long-term brand continuity.
Building a Unified Visual Identity System
Xinming Design developed the identity as a complete visual system rather than a collection of individual design assets.
The system included:
Logo standards and usage principlesCorporate color architectureTypography guidelinesCore graphic languageGrid and layout systemsBrand composition rulesCorporate communication materialsBusiness and marketing applicationsDigital communication templatesEnvironmental and presentation applications
Together, these elements created a consistent framework for how Haosen Fintech should appear across different touchpoints.
The purpose of such a system is not simply to make every piece of communication look similar.
Its deeper function is to create recognition through consistency.
When customers encounter the company through a website, business presentation, financial document, digital platform or corporate communication, the visual language should reinforce the same brand perception.
Designing for Digital Financial Communication
One of the most important considerations in the project was digital adaptability.
Financial brands increasingly communicate through websites, mobile interfaces, online presentations, investor communications, social content and other screen-based environments.
A visual identity developed primarily for printed materials can easily lose effectiveness when transferred into these contexts.
For Haosen Fintech, the upgraded system therefore emphasized clear hierarchy, controlled typography, flexible layouts and recognizable graphic elements that could perform consistently across different screen sizes and content formats.
This created a stronger foundation for digital communication while also improving the efficiency with which new brand materials could be developed.
Visual Order as an Expression of Financial Confidence
In financial services, visual order has strategic value.
Clear information hierarchy communicates professionalism.
Consistent layouts communicate discipline.
Controlled use of color communicates confidence.
Stable design rules create familiarity and recognition.
Xinming Design used these principles to establish a visual environment in which complex financial information could be presented more clearly.
Rather than relying on decorative expressions of “fintech,” the identity uses structure and consistency to communicate technological maturity.
This approach makes the brand feel more credible in both corporate and digital contexts.
From VI Design to Brand OS
The Haosen Fintech project also reflects Xinming Design’s broader Brand OS methodology.
Within Brand OS, visual identity is treated as part of a long-term operating framework for the brand.
Brand strategy defines what the company stands for.
Visual language transforms those strategic ideas into recognizable signals.
Standards and templates define how those signals should be reproduced.
Governance principles help maintain consistency as more people, channels and technologies become involved in brand communication.
This changes the role of VI design.
Instead of delivering a static collection of visual assets, the goal is to create a system that can continue to operate, scale and evolve.
For a financial company with multiple business scenarios, this capability is particularly valuable.
As new services, communication formats and digital platforms emerge, the company does not need to reinvent its visual identity each time.
The underlying system provides continuity.
Supporting a Multi-Channel Financial Brand
Haosen Fintech’s historical business development has involved multiple areas of financial services, including financing, lending and advisory-related activities. Public company disclosures have also described financial leasing, factoring, small loans, investment management, securities dealing and other financial services within the group’s business portfolio at different stages of its development.
A diversified business structure creates additional requirements for branding.
Different services may speak to different audiences, but they still need to reinforce one corporate reputation.
A systematic identity provides a common visual foundation, allowing individual business communications to remain flexible without becoming disconnected from the parent brand.
This was one of the central objectives of the Haosen Fintech visual system.
The Result: A Clearer and More Scalable Financial Brand
Through the brand identity upgrade, Haosen Fintech established a more contemporary, structured and recognizable visual foundation.
The new system strengthened the brand’s expression of professionalism and trust while introducing a clearer technology-oriented dimension.
More importantly, the project created a framework that could support multiple communication channels and evolving business scenarios over time.
For financial technology companies, this type of brand infrastructure is increasingly important.
Customers and partners encounter a financial institution through many different interfaces before they form a complete perception of the company.
Every one of those interfaces contributes to trust.
A well-designed visual identity therefore does more than improve appearance.
It helps make the organization feel clearer, more consistent and more credible.
For Haosen Fintech, the brand upgrade established that foundation for long-term communication and growth.
